We don't publish a price list — every project weighs scope and risk differently. Pricing is always individual and set after a free first call.
For a closed scope of work with a clearly defined goal and deadline — e.g. cost restructuring or process standardization. You pay for the result, not for hours worked.
A rate for the time spent fully covering the role — daily or monthly. For situations where someone temporarily, full-time, takes over responsibility for the company's finances.
Ongoing, but limited involvement. For teams that manage well on their own, this is often an intensive start followed by on-call availability — without needing to manage processes internally on a permanent basis.
Fixed, monthly ongoing care in a package: mini, standard, premium — or a package tailored to your needs. We have solutions for companies of every size; details and scope are agreed directly.
Billing based on the actual benefit achieved — e.g. a share of the savings or additional revenue generated by the implemented change. For projects where the result can be clearly measured.
