About us

Practitioners, not theorists.

Nearly 20 years in financial management and controlling for capital groups in Poland and the EU — we work hands-on, directly with management, leaving behind processes that keep running without our constant presence. This experience strengthens the accounting firm we work alongside — with dozens of implementations and many clients served.

01

Who we are

Closer than a large advisory firm.

We focus on financial and operational matters — that's our specialty, we don't try to be everything to everyone.

We specialize in advising companies with revenues up to PLN 50 million, and we know the specifics of the PLN 10–50 million range best. We also have experience with smaller companies (from around PLN 5 million) and larger ones (up to around PLN 100 million) — but PLN 10–50 million is our core niche and a deliberate choice.

Think you're too small or too big for us? If you're growing or heading toward a restructuring — we'd welcome a conversation. Sometimes it's exactly the smaller or larger companies that need us most.

We work in the spirit of Lean Management — we eliminate waste (of time, cost, unnecessary steps) before proposing new tools.

Our niche

The moment finance needs to professionalize, but there's no need (or budget) yet for a team of flashy full-time directors.

Hands-on, not just advisory

We don't stop at a recommendation in a presentation — we sit down and do it together with you, until the process works.

Flexible involvement

We tailor the scope to the team you already have — sometimes working internally, sometimes just setting direction at the start and staying available by phone.

A network of proven practitioners

Accountants, lawyers, tax advisors, IT specialists, recruiters, marketers, customs agents and notaries — chosen for the project, without a permanent team overhead.

Full scope of management

Finance, controlling, accounting and processes — integrated with the accounting firm we work alongside, on a mutual-support basis.

From day-to-day work to large projects

The same precision in ongoing controlling and reporting as in restructuring, acquisitions or system implementations.

Discretion is standard, not an add-on

We know that in smaller towns everyone knows everyone — and that the mere news of "they hired an advisor" can cause more of a stir than the problem we're solving. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is our standard in every collaboration. We don't publish identifiable client cases — even anonymously — without explicit consent. We don't disclose who we work with, unless the client wants to be named as a reference themselves.

02

Regulatory compliance

Compliance as a starting point, not a constraint.

We design every solution to be legally compliant from day one — grouped by topic, not as a dry checklist.

Data and privacy

Covers: GDPR and personal data protection — in the processes, reports and systems we organize.

Tax and accounting

Covers: VAT, CIT, KSeF (e-invoicing), the Accounting Act and transfer pricing — key in restructuring and related groups.

Corporate and labor law

Covers: the Commercial Companies Code and labor law — relevant in transformations, acquisitions and organizational changes.

Industry specifics

Covers: industry and sector-specific regulations relevant to your business — chosen individually for the project.

Legal compliance is a necessary condition for every solution — the client's business goals always remain the overarching priority.

03

Approach

What working together looks like

Eight stages that every collaboration goes through — from the first call to final billing. The scope of services can differ for each client — we define it in detail during a personal meeting.

01

Phone consultation

A short, free, no-obligation call — you tell us what's bothering you, and we tell you straight whether we can help.

02

NDA

If we see reason to keep talking, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before learning the details of your company.

03

In-person meeting

We get to know your company and its context — on-site or remotely, depending on need and distance.

04

Choosing the offer

We propose a scope of work and a billing model tailored to your situation — no "off-the-shelf" price list.

05

Framework agreement

We set the rules for a longer collaboration, not just a single assignment.

06

Assigning the work

A specific scope, goal and deadline for the first — or next — task.

07

Collaboration

We deliver — hands-on, with regular contact, not silence until the final report.

08

Billing

According to the agreed model — project-based, flat-rate, interim, or based on the result achieved.
