Working together and costs
It depends on the scope — we have five pricing models: project-based, interim, hourly, subscription, and success fee (based on the benefit achieved). There's no fixed price list: we quote after a free first call, once we know the scale of the problem. Full description of the models on the Offer page.

It depends on the scale — from a few weeks for a single process to several months for a full group restructuring. We set the scope and timeline during the initial diagnosis.
Who we work with
Mainly companies with PLN 10–50 million in revenue — growing or transforming, where structure, processes and tools can't keep up with the pace of growth. We also have experience with smaller companies (from around PLN 5 million) and larger ones, up to PLN 100 million in turnover. Our market is the smaller towns of the region (Mogilno, Trzemeszno, Gniezno, Wągrowiec, Żnin, Inowrocław, Barcin, Janikowo, Kruszwica), within the area bounded by Poznań, Bydgoszcz, Toruń, Włocławek and Konin — though we run some projects remotely across all of Poland.
Not necessarily. Our core focus is PLN 10–50 million in revenue, but we don't automatically turn away smaller or larger companies. If you're growing or heading toward a restructuring — we'd welcome a conversation. Sometimes it's exactly the smaller or larger companies that need us most.
Our specialty is Comarch XL and Optima, but we also support work with other systems — enova365, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365/BC, Symfonia, Insert, WAPRO and others, including simple Excel-based setups. Important: we don't implement ERP systems on behalf of an implementation firm or on your behalf — we oversee functionality, draw up the implementation project, and regularly check that the rollout is on track and the implementation firm is sticking to the plan.
How we work
We don't maintain a large implementation team. We work hands-on, drawing on a network of proven specialists (accountants, lawyers, tax advisors, IT specialists, recruiters, marketers, customs agents and notaries) chosen for each specific project — you pay for real work, not agency overhead. And we don't stop at a recommendation in a presentation: if needed, we implement the change together with you.
Temporarily stepping into the role of CFO or Board Member — for example, during a permanent recruitment, a crisis situation, or an ownership transformation.
Yes — this is a separate service from interim management. Interim is a full-time, temporary substitution. A part-time CFO is ongoing, strategic support on a reduced schedule — for companies that need CFO-level experience but don't (yet) need a full-time hire.
No developers needed — we build them using the business team's own resources, without having to hire developers. It does help, though, to have an IT administrator on your side (in-house or external) — for access management, integrations, and ongoing maintenance.
For us, it's not textbook theory — it's a concrete principle: first we eliminate what doesn't add value — unnecessary steps, duplicated work, processes that exist just because "that's how it's always been done." Only then do we reach for new tools or automation. In practice, this is exactly what's behind our process automation, procedure standardization, and cost restructuring — less motion, more result.
For us, this term covers two services: interim management (full-time, temporary) and a part-time CFO (ongoing support on a reduced schedule) — depending on how much time and involvement your company needs.
Yes — for us this isn't one single, separate service, it's specific actions: financial process automation, AI in reporting and analysis, and ERP function support in company management. Together they produce what others call "finance transformation" — adapting the finance department to 21st-century capabilities.
Trust and compliance
Yes — we design every solution with GDPR, the Accounting Act, tax law, the Commercial Companies Code, transfer pricing, and sector-specific regulations in mind. Full description in the Regulatory Compliance section.
Yes — a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is our standard in every collaboration. We don't publish identifiable client cases, even anonymously, without explicit consent, and we don't disclose who we work with. We know discretion carries different weight in smaller communities than in a big city, and we take it seriously.
